What's Okonomiyaki? Well, Okonomiyaki (literally means ‘grilled as you like it’) is a savory version of Japanese pancake, made with flour, eggs, shredded cabbage, meat/ protein and topped with a variety of condiments . It's delicious.
Aden films uploaded this fantastic video, well edited about delicious Okonomiyaki in Hiroshima, Japan. There is also a 'standardized Okonomiyaki' in Osaka as well. But the Hiroshima version is delicious!
