Recently, we have become acquainted with an incredible Japanese photographer named Yoshio Kobayashi. Yoshio Kobayashi and his wife live in the Nagano prefecture of Japan. He has combined his amazing work into a website which allows people to view and purchase his extraordinary photography.

As of 2017, a dedicated assistant to world famous sushi chef Takashi Ono (Jiro Dreams of Sushi, Sukiyabashi Jiro) named Mizukami Michinobu has opened his own sushi house in Tokyo, Japan. This past week, I spent some time at his new establishment taking photos (below) and even a few friends took the time to visit for a sushi lunch (Bottom photo). Their assessment - "magnificent!"
