Lecturing at Sam Houston State University

Carl Rosa, founder of the Sushi Club of Houston, Ramen in Common and Journey2Japan.com has been lecturing at Sam Houston State University for over 10 years. Recently, before his return to Japan, he was asked to speak to students of 4 academic departments on the Japanese culture.
